Campers are welcome at Frog & Fern but due to limited parking areas and the scarcity of flat ground, only three tent sites are available. (Max 8 people) This is not a spacious camping site by any means but you will enjoy safe parking, stone braai, private boma, kitchenette, clean toilet and hot shower.

The cost for camping is $15 for adults and $7.50 for children Under 12yrs.
Due to the small size of the camping area you are advised to try to book ahead of time.
Firewood, charcoal and washing powder are on sale. Washing can be done for you whilst you are in the mountains. A couple of friendly dogs, cats and horses wander about the gardens so please keep the lids on your cooler boxes firmly closed!
Also note that no large Overland trucks or caravans can be accommodated. 4×4 private vehicles are recommended as the last 1.5km to Frog & Fern is horrible, rough gravel road.
